“Really easy, no pressure, well informed in store purchasing. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. was invited to handle camera bodies and lenses before making a decision with no pressure to purchase. which i eventually did. Choosing to purchase in store rather than on-line.”

“I use Calumet ( Manchester store )frequently to replace or upgrade my equipment.In my experience i have always found the staff helpful and very knowledgable.the advice and guidance i have had from Calumet has helped me to achieve outstanding results from my passion for photography. The open days and seminars are fantastic and even as a beginner/amateur,i have found them interesting,informative and i have taken away that little more information to help me when out and about with my kit. A first class service from first class staff at a first class store !”

“Went in to the Drummond St store on a Saturday morning and was met by very friendly, helpful member of staff who was able to answer all my questions, supply most of the things on my list and restored my faith in retail. If it hadn't have been for a call from my daughter wondering where I was I'd probably have been in there all day and spent a lot more!”

“Great service as always they even get to know you by first name too. Recalently had to take my 1Dx in as a horse crushed while on a shoot took it in to be sorted with the insurance it came back like new. Was informed all the way what was happening and was always happy to help with any questions too.”
