“I ordered a second hand lens from your website in good faith. One day later I was told the product was discontinued (despite being a second hand item). I then had to wait two days for a refund.”

“It's good to have a physical store with a good range of stock so you can actually go in and see the products before making your purchase. While online shopping does for the most part have its merits, there are still times you want to get a hands on with potential purchases. The staff in the Drummond Street store are really friendly and have typically always given unbiased advice when I have asked for it. Free parking for customers is also a bonus.”
