“Cindy at Calumet went out of her way to source some equipment for me, it was shown as out of stock on the Calumet website but she was able to find it at the distributor. The fact that the lenses arrived with time to test before an important job made me even happier!”

“Item was as described, well packed and quickly posted to arrive undamaged. One of the items was in stock at Calumet and cheaper than Amazon, where I would usually have gone first. Only thing I would have liked, which admittedly is minor was either an email letting me know when it had been shipped or an update in the orders section of my account to indicate this.”

“The staff was very helpful when I went to the store to place my order for something they did not currently have in stock and the equipment arrived quickly as promised. However it is very inconvenient that they do not accept payment via non-European credit cards when ordering online or by phone. Otherwise they would get the five stars!”

Although it took a few weeks to arrive due to a stock issue with the supplier, the customer service I received from Jessica Wainwright was exceptional. It was like buying off a good friend, always available for queries and concerns.”

“I was happy with the service provided. I purchased a Nikon D500 body using the 24 month interest free option. This was offered with free next day delivery however because of my post code i had to pay £12-99 delivery which wasnt good. The finance was easy to set up and approval was instant. I was also pleased that Fedex was used to ship - they are one of the few couriers to offer a genuine 1 day service to the NE of Scotland. Only downside was there was no tracking info provided by Calumet and i had to phone a couple of times to track progress”
