“I came in store to upgrade 5 cameras from 5dmk3's to 4's, and was looked after by Jamie. When I say looked after, it could not have been easier ! He offered me a super fair price for ours and matched an offer I had seen elsewhere to give me great value, and all done with a smile. I would love for Calumet's website to be brought in line with their in-store service, which is really top notch. All our camera equipment needs will only be going in Calumets direction from now. Well done Jamie !!”

“Very long wait at the counter again. Frustrating when only 2 staff serving at the sales counter and other staff could be seen around the shop but not offering to come and serve customers in the queue.”

“I wanted a tripod for a video camera. The assistant showed me a number of options and explained them knowledgeably. He steered me away from the more expensive to one which was just as suitable for my camera and was £20 cheaper. A very honest and customer focussed service.”

“I am a semi pro photographer. I use the Birmingham store mainly. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are happy to help. They often go beyond what they have to to help. I highly recommend theme. I live in the North of Scotland but always use this store.”
