“Got a Fuji X70 which is great on 24 months interest free. The paperwork was done via one email which I did completed on my phone and it took three minutes...Hey presto the camera arrived the next day. This is not the first time I have dealt with them but again...I find them faultless..Thanks”

“I've been a regular customer at Culumet for at least 7 years now... every time I am very pleased with the service I have been offered... It is very good when members of staff know what they are doing and any questuon asked have been answered in a very professional and understandable way... This is more of a thank you then a review... definitely 5 star...”

“I ordered the lens I wanted late 30th January (It was showing 1 left on the website). I wanted to qualify both for Calumet's 24 months free credit and Fuji's Cashback. It took a couple of phone calls to confirm it on 31st, but the lens arrived on time on 1st February (unlike another supplier whose delivery failed to arrive on the same day).”

“Having waited for three weeks for Jessops to order a sigma micro lens for me, I got fed up and cancelled my order. The same day I phoned Calumet who had the lens in stock a put it aside for me. When I arrived a couple of hours later the lens was sitting on the counter waiting for me. The gentleman who served me reminded me it would be wise to also purchase a filter to protect the lens glass. Service was quick and efficient and I appreciated the advice given by the staff, who were also polite and cheerful. I would recommend Calumet to any novice photographer like myself.”

“Everything is efficient - from the order process to answering customer support calls. I found everyone at Calumet to be really helpful. Calls are answered quickly and I am always called back as promised. I also has a problem with my order which was rectified at a level of support above that which might be expected. Great service.”

“I am a relative new comer to Calumet...I knew it as Foxall& Chapman. However...I contacted by phone and spoke to John Willis..he could not have been more helpful. I have visited several times and bought various items in the Nikon range. I compliment John for his straight forward and practical advice.,and friendly attitude. I will continue to trade...a very contented client”
