“Excellent staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgable. Shop had good parking, felt spacious yet had all the items I was interested in. My experience was enjoyable and I look forward to returning.”

“Recently upgraded camera so needed to replace cables for remote shutter control, browsed web site and found the item I needed, to confirm that I had the correct cable for my new camera spoke with the customer service who informed me that the cable I had chosen was in fact not compatible, they soon pointed me in the right direction. Great service, great advice, very good selection of products. First time I have used the company but from know on it will be my first port of call.”

“Hi, I have been buying equipment from Calumet for a very long time, and have spent thousands of pounds down the years. I am now a dedicated Fuji X system user, and at the recent Belfast branch road show on the 19th. May, I ordered the most expensive lens that Fuji have recently launched the XF 100-400 zoom with a converter, and I have to say I am very disappointed that I am still waiting on the delivery of same. I have no problem whatsoever with the very helpful staff at Belfast, but just a little disappointed that there is still no definative date available for the delivery of same. I have been given on three occasions different dates as to when it was supposed to be delivered, and on each occasion I have been disappointed. I want to say that someone at HQ should be able to advise me exactly as to when I can expect delivery, as I would be pretty sure that a large organisation like Calumet ought to be more accurate about delivery dates for professional photographers. Perhaps you just might take my comments on board.”

“easy to order on line. friendly person on phone when i asked for partial delivery and then prompt delivery. Very happy. Looking forward to receiving the rest of my order I don't really have any good photos to upload but here is a shot of my vacum cleaner and my foot. ;-)”
