“I spoke to a guy called John Willis at your Manchester branch and he sorted me out with a deal and dealt with everything very efficiently. It is refreshing to have a friendly voice on the end of a phone and to deal with someone who really knows their job. Well done, John! Well done, Calumet for employing him!”

“I recently moved all my pro kit from Canon to Nikon - Calumet helped me by giving me a good price on trade-in for my old kit and provided me with in-stock replacements there and then for my new kit. Communication, info and service was great throughout from initial enquiry over the phone to face-to-face in the Drummond Street store.”

“When looking for a new printer I received excellent advice not only about the printer itself but also about the various types of papers available. The staff were very happy to spend time with me talking through pros. and cons. of each paper type for specific types of images that I was looking to produce.”

“I came to the shop to buy a camera backpack, having found you online. The assistant (Andrew?) was v knowledgeable, obviously an active photographer himself. He listened to what I was after & then selected several suitable bags for me to look at. He objectively evaluated each, importantly, without any attempt to steer me towards the most expensive. In all, thoroughly professional & friendly service. I will return.”

“I ordered a Profoto B1 online but didn't receive any email confirmation. I called Calumet to see if the order went through and was told that it hadn't. So I made a 2 hr round trip to the store on Drummond St to buy one in person only to find the next morning I had the original order arrive on my doorstep.”

“The staff was very helpful when I went to the store to place my order for something they did not currently have in stock and the equipment arrived quickly as promised. However it is very inconvenient that they do not accept payment via non-European credit cards when ordering online or by phone. Otherwise they would get the five stars!”
