“Few weeks ago I drop my brand new Tamron 24-70 f/2.8 and the filter gets irreparably stuck to the front. Calumet (the bold guy) did a great job of taking it out in 24hrs - at exactly one 4th the price I was quoted in another shop. Little additional story. Due to the drop, the coating got a bit scratched - a tiny thing, irrelevant, but still a nag on a lens bought 2 weeks before. Or so I thought - wait till the end. So, I come back home after the filter was removed, I check the lens and.. the front element is crystal clear. The scratch? Gone. That's impossible, right? You can't re-coat a lens. After some thinking it dawned on me: they had removed the coating (and so also the scratch). Crime!! The coating is an essential part of the lens, and it was 99% perfect before I brought in the lens! And this guy removes it without even telling me?!?! I felt really, really let down, so the morning after I go back to Calumet to complain. Damn hell! And so what? It turns out the coating is still there (of course: removing the coating is not an easy job). Only, the lens had been cleaned to a better state than it had even been. And the scratch wasn't a scratch, most likely just some dirt. Bottom line - this was a bit of a humbling experience, but with a good end. The lens is now almost better than new. And the whole service was done for a very, very reasonable price. If I can stand the embarrassment of showing my face there again, I'll use Calumet again.”

“In the last 12 months or so Indria has become my go to person for all things. As a result I have spent around 25k with you. Whilst I do technically live in the UK I spend so much time way it is good to have a single point of contact. I get quotes, solve issues, and place orders all via the phone and internet. Then Indria holds it all in stock and only releases it to the store of my choice once I know I am coming to the UK. I could not ask for a better service (Well maybe a bigger discount). I like the face the calumet has contact with all major suppliers and so can get things solved. I also like the single point of contact instead of contacting the shop, or a person on the shop floor.”

“I visit regularly both the brunches in Soho and in Euston. I am a big fun of Calumet for the customer service, everybody is very friendly and providing a very professional service. I quite like all the gear branded Calumet, its not like the big brands, but it is above the everage anf much cheaper. I will keep being a loyal customer. James”

“Always like going to speak to the Guys and girls at Calumet Manchester. Great advise and great product range. I recently bought a canon 50mm L lens and wanted to look at it first. The guys quickly ordered it from their Edinborough shop and called me when it came into Manchester. Thanks guys!”

“Rang Belfast shop and ordered a Fiji xpro1 and 18mm lens . Sayed it could get it cheaper else were and they agreed to match the price . Having had a few problems with the camera and lens they sent it back to Fiji with no problems at all Great service for Belfast store”
