“I went in to buy a Fuji lens for my xt2 and they did not have it in stock and ordered one for me, they loaned me a lens whilst I waited for my new lens to arrive, what great customer experience and service”

“Love purchasing from Calumet, they are certainly one of my first port of calls for equipment, and never rule out buying Caluments own brand items, they are great quality at a fraction of the cost. You can sometimes wait a long time for out of stock products and website images could be better, but they are always on the phone if help is needed. Recommended.”

“Fantastic customer service, excellent response when enquiring about lead time on a back ordered item and sent it super quick once it was back in stock. All responses were friendly and personal, rather than cut & paste (or no response at all like certain Big competitors!) Calumet also came in about 20% cheaper than others and used a reliable, fast courier”
