“I had a problem when tried to confirm the adress and I almost went out without the product. The company took very long to answer my emails (when answered) and there was a very confusing process to arrange the deliver. Never had such a problem on any of my online purchasing, and I´m actually very active on it.”

“Calumet were happy to match the price of my local camera store on a tripod I was interested in, however, the store I visited only keeps one in stock at a given time. This tripod is then put out on display until it is sold. This didn't bother me too much so I bought it anyway, however, I've now noticed that one of the legs is loose (Manfrotto 055CXPRO4) and have contacted Calumet to go about getting the product replaced.”

“Purchased as an additional item to my existing Bowens outfit but was not sure about it size and quality. However, when I unpacked it I realised how good it really was, the quality is first class and the protection inside was better than I had expected. So all in all a very good piece of kit and a very satsfied customer. Highly recommended to others.”

“Dear Calumet I bought few things in your shop in Edinburgh. In particular I bought a 5D mark iii and 50 mm lens f 1.2 and a 135 mm f 2.0. Whenever I ask any advice the people working there where extremely helpful, they always give me good advices in order to choice the correct equipment for me. For this reason just last month I bought a printer and yet again by speaking with them I got the canon Pixma pro 10-s. I am very happy every time that I use my equipments. I really enjoy enter in your shop in Edinburgh and having a chat with people that work there. Kind regards Marco”

“I was happy with the service provided. I purchased a Nikon D500 body using the 24 month interest free option. This was offered with free next day delivery however because of my post code i had to pay £12-99 delivery which wasnt good. The finance was easy to set up and approval was instant. I was also pleased that Fedex was used to ship - they are one of the few couriers to offer a genuine 1 day service to the NE of Scotland. Only downside was there was no tracking info provided by Calumet and i had to phone a couple of times to track progress”

“I have bought a number of items at 2 of the shops the staff are genuinely helpful and leave you to browse without the annoying "can i help" Its a pleasure to be able to look and see items of interest. We recently bought a reflector and was sold the wrong item a return was carried out instantly and with no fuss. The offer of 30% of Calumet products is also amazing well worth shopping when this offer is on”

“Good price and very fast delivery for a high end printer (ordered late afternoon, arrived next morning, on the free delivery option). Their Customer Service didn't respond to an email I sent them (which was not great) but if the issue had persisted I'd have followed up with a phone call.”
