“All the Functions and usability of the product (Profoto B2 Location Kit) were explained in clear detail .The most rewarding thing was also being shown the best set up for optional extras available for the kit with expert guidance towards the product which would fit my need 5 star !!!`”

“Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Questions were answered without pushing to buy. Prices are in general quite competitive even with online prices. Where they are not it is worth buying from a reputable retailer where advice and support is available, this is worth a fews pounds extra.”

“I ordered off the website for store delivery. I then discovered the items were actually already in the Belfast store. I called in on the off chance they could fulfill the order immediately. They were really helpful and chased the web order for me and gave me my kit there and then. Great service!”

“Purchased a heavy duty backdrop support system and a flash soft box, the staff were very helpful, I had not been to the store for a few months and liked the new layout. It was helpful that I could park outside in the car park as I also purchased a large roll of background paper and I needed to attach this to my roof rack.”

“Great selection of cameras and equipment. I was also very impressed with the range of quality secondhand items, which is especially good for amateur photographers on a tight budget. The staff member I spoke to in the Birmingham branch was helpful, I'll certainly be back.”

“The phones weren't working properly at first so a bit of difficulty getting to speak to a person but once I did it was plain sailing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy process of purchasing and the new Bowens Lights arrived double quick time. Wrong address on the docket, but luckily our postman knows where everyone lives!”

“I dealt with Mark at the Manchester store. I didnt have a clue what I needed really and he walked me through lots of options taking the time to price everything individually on request as I don't have big budgets for my work. He was accommodating, polite and great to deal with, and as a result, I'll definitely choose the Calumet service in future over my online supplier. The whole experience put me at ease and made hiring less of a chore. Thank you. x”

“This is the first time I have used Calumet. Their website is very easy to negotiate and to place an order. The order was dispatched (Free of packaging & postage charge of course) promptly and I received the items in good condition. The invoicing was both by e-mail and hard copy by post. A very poffessional company to deal with.”
