“Had a problem with the camera I bought as it did not work, but the situation was handled very well as I was lent a camera until a replacement was available for the one i had bought.”

“I had a very good experience with Calumet. Found the product i wanted chatted to a guy online on your site. he answered all of my questions. Called customer service, reserved the camera. it was available even before my pick up time schedule. (they kept me informed via emails which was great) the service was even better at pick up and would most certainly shop here again. love the fact that you are also open in London. saw some products in the store that i didn't know i wanted :). i'm shocked i didn't even know you existed a month ago. love the fact that i can also hire equipment.”

“I was looking to order 64" rolls of Brilliant Museum White paper - in Gloss and Satin Matt but found that there were no stocks at all of this product anywhere in the country on this size roll - and with an estimated 4 weeks delivery date. I don't quite understand why things are allowed to go out of stock.”

“Customer service in the shop is excellent. However ordering online is not to be recommended, they made a head of errors, sending me an email saying that they couldn't find the address when they hadn't even dispatched the goods. I think it's very poor, the agent I spoke with wasn't at all empathetic to the problem either”
