“sales guys, on the phone and in person, were really great, but...I was given an invoice that was one digit off from my account number. This meant that my name address etc. were incorrect. In addition the model number was wrong. This caused me to spend 2-3 hours of time and about 10 emails to get this fixed so I could get a manufacturer's warranty. To be fair the purchase was during the Christmas rush, but my issue is not with the original mistake, but with the overly long and very frustrating process to rectify it.”

“I attended a portrait lighting workshop, at the Edinburgh store. The session was being run by Cat a member of staff, she had a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly and helpful. I learnt a tremendous amount many thanks.”

“Andy at Calumet Bristol is amazing! Always on hand to give advice and is professional and friendly and really knows the equipment. I have been dealing with Andy for years and nothing is to difficult for him to organise. There should be a 6th star for excellent!”

“I didn't get to use this green screen on my shoot and had to hire one on the day. This is because apparently, next day delivery can take up to two days. In the end it took three days, with Calumet unable to give me a tracking number or contact the courier at 6pm on the day of scheduled delivery. At one point we were told that delivery had been taken by Christina - there is no Christina at our office – but was clearly mis-information anyway as the delivery arrived on Monday, when it was ordered in time for Thursday delivery for a Friday shoot. I'm so glad my review is important to you. It's a shame customer service isn't.”
