“After searching the on the internet on various occasions i decided that i need an specialist opinion on the products that i was after. So looking at many stores in the Birmingham area i decided Calumet photographic would be a decent place to go. My experience was far from decent. From the moment i walked into the store i was approached by a member of staff which happened to be the manager and they were more than happy to help. They provided me will excellent knowledge about the product that i was after and helped me in select the right product for my needs. I was very pleased with the level of service received from shopping in the store and would never hesitate to do so in the future. Very Good does not justify my experience with using Calumet Photographic.”

“I've purely rated calumet as poor due to lack of information regarding when item is shipped and expected day of delivery,due to expensive nature of items requiring a signature it is important to know when they will arrive,"order completed" just doesn't cut it,”

“Excellent service with first class in house knowledge of products although slightly more expensive than amazon I have the peace of mind that I received a genuine UK quality Nikon product with the associated back up and warranty. Rapid despatch and well packaged and great customer service many thanks”

“Having visited Calumet , Glasgow for the first time , i'm glad to say that i'm sure i'll be back to use their services again . The staff were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase which i was very satisfied with . The shop appears to have a very good range of products and stock appears to be pretty good , or if not , can be supplied in a short period of time . Prices are very competitive and location for myself is nice and handy . Look forward to my next purchase at Calumet .”

“The product i purchased was good and as described and i was pleased to find that the price had been significantly reduced which meant i could buy extra items. (Calumet speedlights down by 50%.) i bought 4 instead of 2. One area for improvement though would be to make it clear where to queue to speak to a member of staff. I waited for over half an hour to buy the speedlights despite having an order number and just needed to pick the items up. There were i think 3 counter areas and as i waited by one, someone else would come in and wait by another and get served first. this happened several times and was most annoying. I know it isa a fine balance as jessops have the opposite problem of having a dozen staff descend on you as you enter which deters one from browsing. don't want to sound like a whinger but I hope this is of some use to you.”

“We ordered our Manfrotto video monopod and it arrived promptly on the next working day. Packaged very well and works just as described. A nice addition to our wedding videography equipment that allows us squeeze into tight spaces and stay mobile throughout the day”

“Overall, very poor service. Wrote a complaint letter and didn't even get an answer. Calumet doesn't show any consideration for its costumers. Paul jablonski, the manager, is very comprehensive, kind and helpful.”
