“Calumet Photographic is the best place to go for photographic equipment and advice. I have been using them for years and have always found the staff very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. There is also a thriving community aspect attached, which makes my regular visits to the store even more enjoyable.”

“Was looking for a Nikon D500 body - a new camera and not yet commonly available. Calumet website offered pre-order, so I spoke to Alex in the local (Glasgow) office who said he would place one on order for me. Got an e-mail two days later saying they had located one and would let me know when it was available for collection. Result - a camera in my hands within 5 days which allowed me to get familiar with it before a special event about 6 weeks later. Well done Calumet, Alex and his colleagues in Glasgow office. I should add that I have had many similar experiences of such service from Calumet Glasgow - Well done to all involved. Much appreciated - wouldn't go anywhere else for equipment and reliable informed advice. Many thanks.”

“I bought a used 7d body. I was able to phone and truest an accurate shutter count and condition of the body. The item was described as good condition. The item arrived the next day and it was in better condition than I expected. I would describe it as excellent condition. Really happy with my purchase”

“I had been looking for a softbox which attached to a speedlite somewhat half- heartedly for some time, when one Sunday an email appeared announcing the Hahnel Softbox 60 kit was on offer at half price. I could hardly believe my eyes, and was almost on the point of travelling up to Manchester to buy them. The offer was for delivery via mail order, so I ordered two of them straight away. They arrived, very well packed and in quick time. I am delighted with them and am only sorry that I didn't take up the earlier offer of purchasing two lighting stands.”

“Rented of Sony A7 r ii and slider didn't turn up on the right day. When they arrived slider was broke and unusable also microphone wire was very worn. So lost 3 days work.”

“well i use calumet mainly for the service and the hands on freedom i get when looking at products sort of try before you buy and also the returns service is great i know i can get products online cheaper but i do prefer face to face contact”
