“Calumet was always great. This time was no different. The equipment arrived on the promised day, wrapped tightly in a dense protective material. No damage, no bumps. The Wacom tablet that I ordered was in original, unmarked packaging and is brilliant to use. I can recommend Calumet as my favourite photographic retailer. Visit their stores! Only great people work there. Always ready to provide professional advice and never pushy with sales. Great service!”

“Quite simple your staff in the Glasgow shop are excellent and can always answer any questions you might ask. I have always found them very knowledgeable on all the makes that you stock and sell and the fact that I have changed my equipment from Canon to Fujifilm with excellent advice from staff and guided myself over the last year as I was looking for quality outfit but had to be lighter for carrying about when covering various events.”

“Having had an account for over 30 years, I was used to going into Drummond Street, to get my purchases, and dealing with staff, who I thought didn't really want to be there ( they wanted to be photographers themselves and had chips on their shoulders !! ) BUT in the last years things have improved enormously ! Also impressed with ordering on line, very impressive fast delivery on items I have purchased recently !”

“Once again Calumet delivered, I was able to pickup one of there small portable backgrounds for some last minute location headshots. It was sourced on the telephone and they offered me next day delivery although immediate collection was required. Excellent friendly service.”

“Amazing, friendly and personable staff, in particular Jay from the Euston store in London made it a great customer experience. Very knowledgable and even when he wasn't on certain makes he would ensure to give me the most accurate information and advice possible. I am very happy with my first dslr camera that I have bought and purchased a prime lense with this. I am very pleased with Calumet's specifications for used camera and accessories and the way everything is in such pristine condition means I will certainly be purchasing soon and ensuring to let my friends know this is a professional place to come to!”
