“After my second hand X Pro 1, bag & lenses were stolen recently I had a think & was considering downgrading, possibly to another make of camera. I explained to the sales assistant that I'm an enthusiastic amateur & he urged me to consider sticking with Fuji. I'm glad he did, the XT-10 which I ended up buying is a cracking little camera. As soon as I'd charged the battery & switched it on it felt familiar & a read of the manual made me aware of the differences with the X Pro 1. I have to say that I actually think this is a better camera for me & the Millican X Pro bag is top notch too. So all done, sorted in about 15 minutes after I walked in the door which suited me as I had limited time. Excellent service and expertise. I highly recommend.”

“I think the person who dealt with us was called Tom. We required a stand for a new virtual reality camera. Tom helped us find the right stand and also give us the option to try out a lighting rig which we plan to possibly purchase in the future. Not only was the service great, but Tom actually had a great personality and made the visit friendly as well as helpful. I would like to add that all staff had smiles and seemed very friendly and approachable.”

“Your shop is literally a counter to pick up goods and then leave. No opportunity to browse, chat to somebody or get advice. I might as well have ordered online from any where. On entering your shop all I saw was a line of people standing waiting for the next cashier. Not welcoming and definitely not professional.”

“Ran low on ink for Eoson 3880 on a Saturday afternoon. Checked website showed as in stock. Rang to confirm but they could not get through to give a difinitive answer, but it was Saturday a busy day, took a chance got the ink. Might have got it cheaper on line but not as quickly. Staff helpful and knowledgabe”

“Hi, I'm Manuel from Germany. I compared for so long until I finally made my decision to buy a C100 Mark ll at Calumet Photographic in London's Drummond Street and I'm happy I did it. Service was great and thanks to Brexit, the prices as well. I even got the Atomos Ninja 2 on top of that. Thanks Calumet! And now that I have my C100, make sure to come back to the EU, my British friends!”

“I brought a camera in for a service on a Friday. I was told if it was to be sent to Nikkon for a full service it would take 7-10days. On Monday the camera was delivered by Fedex to my house, having been sent there from the store rather than being sent to Nikkon. I took it back in and that was the last I saw of the camera for 6 weeks. Apparently it takes 7-10 days to service once they get round to assessing it, which can take 5 weeks. None of this was made clear when I dropped it in. All in all, a bit of shambles.”
