“I shop my most photographic stuff from Calumet- Drummond Street. It always helps to go to a store and see and feel what you are buying before than order online. That works with me anyways..... Also I use quite a few Calumets own branded stuff like, a Gimbal head, a tripod, various lighting equipment and so on.... They are really good value for money.”

“would have picked in between poor / normal as help and advice is given but you need to continually ask or you would be on your own. its a shame as I have been given good service before”

“Tried 3 times to place an order for next day delivery. That was 10 days ago. I was charged twice and I'm still waiting for the camera. Worst online service I've ever experienced. After being a loyal customer for at least 20 years, I'll go elsewhere next time I need something photographic.”

“I buy two batteries for £26 each on Friday then on Monday you send me an email saying I could have got them £18 cheaper. Then you send me another email asking how I feel about my purchase. It's not likely to be positive is it??”
