“I walked into the store and was given a bit of time to look around (which I appreciate far more than being accosted at the door!) and was then approached by one member of staff who listened carefully to what I was looking for before asking one of his colleagues to help, as he was more of a video specialist. His advice was great, we went through some options together, had a friendly chat and I left with exactly the bit of kit I was after, with no sense of being pressured to buy, or being up-sold. Thanks, Calumet!”

“Called and ended Cd cards quickly and the assistant sorted everything quickly and efficiently. Day before I'd been in with Danny, looking for some film tools that's don't actually exist. He helped me find something suitable and quickly had be on my way and I was very happy with his knowledge and empathy of what I needed to achieve”

“I came to buy a canon 5div. There were none in Bristol but one was located in Manchester and the Bristol store managed to get one delivered to me in Yorkshire on the next Saturday. Excellent service and advice. www.markegertonimages.com”

“I always like popping into branch and speaking with the Calumet staff. It's a nice relaxed experience and the team are all really down to earth. I genuinely believe that their level of expertise is unparalleled in comparison to other retailers, and it's nice to know that there is always the option to order in any out-of-stock items on a 24 hour basis. In a nut shell, professional service for the professional photographer!”
