“OK, whole process took us bit longer than we expected, but communication was brilliant and Calumet was able to sort out everything. In the end, instead of delivery, we need to drive to Belfast, but Kelly was so helpful it was pleasure to see her.”

“I e-mailed the Belfast store before visiting in person. I had a quick and helpful return from my e-mail (I can't remember the ladies name:( ) In store I was assisted by a young guy with long hair tied in a pony tail..I forgot to catch his name. I normally detest people in shops watching your every move and constantly asking 'is everything ok..would you like help?' but this guy introduced himself..said to shot if I wanted help and was ready, willing and more than able for any questions I had. Excellent service all around for Belfast team.”

“For the second time I had to come back to the store and waste my time due to an error made by the salesperson. This time they have written wrong serial number in the invoice, delaying my cashback claim. I will need to get a second corrected invoice to be able to complete my cashback claim. The first time I bought a tripod, and when I came home I realised it was the wrong one (same brand but different models). I didn't notice before because they had the same price. Also had to go back to the store. I'm very busy with work and having to make two trips to the store for each buy is pretty annoying.”

“I have been dealing with Calumet in Bristol for the past eighteen months or so and have found them to be extremely helpful. The staff are engaging and very knowledgable. Their advice is honest and trustworthy. The ship runs interesting courses as well as offering frequent equipment demo days. Their stand at the Photography Show is also excellent. I certainly intend to continue to shop at Calumet for the foreseeable future. Thanks guys for a great job.”

“Calumet was the only UK company to hold all the items I needed in stock, 3 Polar Pro ND filters for my Phantom 4. To top it all they were offering a 20% discount by ordering on the web plus free delivery. With free delivery you normally expect to have to wait a few days for the package to arrive but they were delivered the very next day. Pretty good service I would say.....thank you Calumet I will certainly use you again for my photographic needs.”

“I was a little disappointed as I came into the shop particularly to get some advice or at least to fill in some holes in my understanding of the effect on the lens I wanted of full sized and APS-C sensors. While I bought the lens, which I will pair with a 5D Mark III, I came away no wiser than when I went in. Possibly I did not explain what information I was looking for accurately enough.”
