“i ordered 4 items and decided to take up the interest free credit option. The whole process was very easy to do online and would defeintly recommend Calumet to anyone who want top gear at low prices.”

“I was not pleased with the service at the Birmingham Office , especially from the Manageress. But the rest of the Birmingham Staff was excellent. I approached London Office and it was an excellent Service. Overall good.”

“Staff friendly but the girl who served me knew nothing about photography or the camera equipment I was interested in. She wasn't new to the place but even had to ask for help with the till. That's a training issue. Also recruitment as they should be hiring people with a reasonable interest and knowledge of photography. This isn't just a 'job' to use a till, it's one which needs some specialist knowledge.”

“I've only used Calumet recently after using the usual retailers for quite a few years. I have to say I'm very pleased with the team's knowledge and their willingness to share advice and tips with you. Also their friendliness and honesty (John, very nice chap who could have sold me something that wasn't appropriate for my use). One of the most important things when I shop for camera gear is price, i asked for a price match and got a better than price match price so I was really pleased and will definitely be using them again.”

“I ordered a Canon Pixma pro 1 printer some time ago. I knew Calumet were "waiting for stock" but even so i was surprised when they took payment (over £600). I inquired as to when i could expect the printer and was told that stock was expected on 10th May. So i still haven't obtained the goods but hope to this week.”

“Helpful staff that are knowledgeable about the industry, backed up by a good range of in store products to take away on the day. And generally if they don't have it in store they are able to order it for you to pick up, with a really quick turn around. Difficult to find fault. Would recommend them to professionals and none professionals alike.”

“Although I rate Calumet as excellent I am afraid that the delivery side of your service was a little slack. My delivery was sent to the billing address and not the delivery address and had to be re- posted also the address on the invoice was also the billing address not the delivery address. Calumet however are a great company with excellent service so all is forgiven.”

“The lens hood for my camera took 12 days to arrive. The hood was required for a trip abroad and was delivered after the trip.”

“Excellent! There was a slight hiccup in between my finance application and the order, but that was not their fault. Other than that, the customer service team were quick to reply and very polite and my camera and lens came on time and in good condition. Top show, guys!”

“I very rarely complete reviews, however I must say that service with Calumet Photographic has been excellent. Ordered a new Fuji camera on Thursday and delivered to my address on Friday.....and I got the best value with their price promise. I have no hesitation recommending them to other customers. And I love the new S1 camera. What more can I say other than "Thanks Calumet". Martin”
