“I only ordered 15 rolls of 120 Velvia 50 - the deliveries came from 3 different branches five rolls from each. So much for maintaining consistency within the same film batch :-) What has happened to Calumet's normally excellent service?”

“Stunning service! Calumet had the best price for a Canon EF 50mm f1.2 lens at the recent Photography Show based at the NEC. Sadly they had sold out of stock on site but promised prompt service with direct delivery from one of their branches. The lens arrived well packaged by courier less than twenty two hours later. Superb product knowledge, great logistics and fabulous prices, what more could a photographer ask for? Thank you Calumet.”

“Calumet has a fantastic range of gear with knowledgeable staff on hand to answer queries and give advice. A visit to the store takes the risk out of shopping which sadly isn't always the case with some other internet providers. Thanks for guiding me through the purchase of a new camera.”

“Goods advertised, fine, but payment taken straight away when item out of stock. It then took approximately 4 weeks before anything was done in chasing replacement stock and this was only initiated because I telephoned to ask what was happening. Item finally arrived about a week later to late for the reason it was required. D Brett”

“Good product. Same price as everyone else. Product was dispatched for free next day delivery as promised but unfortunately ended up locked in my company post room over Easter rather than being delivered to my office. I'm sure it says more about my employer's delivery policy than that of Calumet.”

“After speaking to the lads at Broncolor about lighting and deciding on a new kit, I was told I had to do the finance through Calumet. I was lucky enough to be placed with John Douglas to sort it out. In doing so, I ended up trading in a camera to upgrade to the new 5DS. He was extremely helpful and patient with me, making my decision confident and easy.”
