“The camera bag that I bought online was not delivered on time and when I called up I was pretty disappointed by the person I have spoken with because he does not seem to care about what I was asking him about. I know it is probably not the company's fault but should be the courier service but to say "I don't know" is not very helpful. And also FedEx is terrible. It took 5 days before they have delivered the item in the right address.”

“It was lovely having a woman to help me choose my new camera and camera bag. She understood about issues such as weight, carrying equipment and extra storage space for items that might otherwise go into a handbag. And I am very pleased with the camera I chose as a result”

“Initial impressions were good but having ordered a lens showing as in stock Qtyt 1 when i ordered it then became on back order by email, having no contact for a few days i then went back onto the site to see it as in stock Qty 4 to my surprise..shooting an email off questioning why mine was showing as a back order still when in stock both times i received no reply..the lens turned up a few days later, a filter ordered at the same time was also not in stock and back ordered..so not sure how accurate website stock levels are ???? if this happens..i had hoped for better service but it was ok and nothing more.”

“Calumet offer a brilliant service whether insore or online. The staff are always very helpfully and will offer great advise on products or solutions to resolve any technical issue. The online service offers a variety of products at great prices and delivery response times are great I always comment on calumet service and tell other photographers about this shop”

“I ordered a Lumiair soft box from one of the staff at Calumet the other day. In the past I have found the staff can be gloomy and patronising but this guy was cheerful and very helpful. My soft box arrived at my house with no delivery charge early the following week. Great result !”

“Ordered a Calumet shoot through umbrella after being advised by the Calumet pre-sales team that it would fit the centre mount on an Elinchrom studio flash head. Unfortunately it doesn't fit, so now I have to waste my time and money sending it back for a refund. The order was also delivered 150 miles away from the delivery address given on the order. Fortunately I was there to receive it, but if it had been two days later then I would missed it. Hugely disappointing.”
