“After 2 phone call and after 2 weeks finally I received my order . I called and ask please please I really need my order because it was an extra battery for my camera that I wanted to take it to my holiday .. Exactly 1 hour before I left home for flight I received my batty .. It was very stressful I am not happy about calumet It had long delay.”

“The item received was, as stated, in a pristine condition for a used item and it provided a very good saving over a brand new one. It was dispatched very quickly and thus arrived rather unexpectedly, it was fortunate that I was in when delivery occurred. It is the online customer account status not being updated as to the order's progress that lets down what would have been marked as a very good service, I was unaware it had already been dispatched. It is this aspect that rather sours the whole experience as it rather time wasting to keep checking something that is expected to provide one of the order's progression when it is neglected and fails to do so.”

“Item was as described, well packed and quickly posted to arrive undamaged. One of the items was in stock at Calumet and cheaper than Amazon, where I would usually have gone first. Only thing I would have liked, which admittedly is minor was either an email letting me know when it had been shipped or an update in the orders section of my account to indicate this.”

“Good price and speedy despatch. However, credit application process was poor. I realise this is not a Calumet process but you should be aware. My credit application was initially turned down. I therefore paid by credit card. In the interim, the credit application was approved having been reviewed, unprompted, by the broker! Daft!”
