“I was planning to buy Nikon D7200 for a long time and the staff from the Calumet stores in Oxford Circus and Eston station were very helpful and incredibly friendly. They advised me which lens is the best for beginner like me and seemed to be the experts in the subject of photography and products they were selling. We had a great chat! I will definitely come back for extra lenses in the future. It is the best photographic store I have visited so far.”

“Unbelievable half price offer on Calumet background support and the product quality together with the excellent storage case took my breath away. Free next day delivery was the icy on the cake and now looking forward to buying the lighting from , unsurprisingly Calumet.”

“I urgently needed a camera because mine broke 24hrs before I was due to leave on holiday. I called 3 of the main high st electrical stores, I was told the product is available, but not in-store, and can be delivered within 3-5 working days. When I called Calumet, I spoke to Indira and she assured me that she could get the camera to me by the following morning (Saturday). Also, if I was concerned I could ring Calumet on Saturday and check item was on route. I placed my ordered for a camera and memory card and to my surprise both arrived at 7.30am the following morning. Thank you for an excellent service, a rare commodity these days. Thank you Indira.”

“The cable from your duo power pack is not suitable for purpose. It is not strain relieved, and the insulation is to brittle and not flexible, which for a curly cable is not good. One cable lasted only one job. The second cable was starting to crack after one set of images. A previous cable cracked and shorted out almost setting me on fire. Not pleasant!! A major redesign is needed on the cable so that it is more flexible. Your staff at the Photo show changed the leads with out trouble..”

“When looking for a new epson printer SC-P600 I came across the Galumet web site it said printer was in stock but I decided to ring up and ask it was he said we have it at one of our stores so I ordered it he said its to late for despatch today but would be despatched the next day and it was. So all in all I can not fault you for your service on this order and would have no problem recommending you to friends.”

“Although not Calumet's error, the item I purchased online was faulty. This did not detract from the polite, friendly, efficient and helpful people I spoke to and met. I got the impression they meant it too, not just going through the professional motions. Rare in this day and age. I will use them again. IS”
