“I attended a suppliers open day where i was introduced to new company who i had not considered before. Saved some money and placed a fairly large order. However your rating is only acceptable as i still have not received the final part of the order - a speed ring for bowens soft box to phottix indra 500 unit. When will this arrive and what are you planning compensate my wait with? Thank you and Merry Christmas.”

“I recently purchased a set of inks for my printer. When the package arrived there were two missing so I was unable to do the work that I needed to do. I was then told they would be in stock on a certain day and that they would then be dispatched. They're still not here and no one can tell me when they will be. a lot of professional photographers rely on you to keep them working. I'm one of them, and I'm not able to do my job.”

“I have bought a number of products from Calumet Online and all received eventually - but my biggest gripe is that you never receive despatch notice email or any tracking number, have pointed this out to them but clearly to no avail .”

“Hi I recently bought a nearly new camera body from you . It was in London and was supposed to be sent the next day it arrived the day after that disappointment! I am very happy now I have the camera -it was as described in mint condition and now I am look forward to using it more”

“Not entirely sure that they did ... I had an issue with a 1700 pound lens that was eventually left unresolved as a NFF after being sent to Canon uk ( who poorly attempted to scrub off the markings one the barrel I was complaining about.) Calumet however provided me with a replacement lens for the duration that I was without my own one which was appreciated ...”

“For a "professional" service these guys do NOT have professional knowledge. Had a lens with backfocusing issue and had explain over and over what that means. As i wanting to use the lens on different nikon bodys that didn't all have af fine tune i return it. I wanted to try another copy of the same lens as it may have been better.(my other lenses don't have this issue.) but i was told the lens didn't have a fault and they would refund it! I never said there was a fault just a backfocus issue but no matter how many emails and phone calls no one seemed to understand :( Took them over a week to handle is matter. Also the protective packaging could've been much better.”

“Took me a couple of visits to find a salesperson who was well informed. Even though the salesperson on second visit did know what they were talking about it was a shame that they left the electronic tag on the tripod as I had to return to the store to get it removed which was inconvenient.”
