“Parcel force somehow managed to mislay an A2 printer but Calumet soon sorted it for me. They are a fantastic company to deal with the service is excellent communication was spot on. The printer is certainly living up to expectations.”

“I never buy on credit, so I've had to save for a while to have enough to put a D500 in my kit bag. That there was one in stock in the shop and that I got lucky with an excellent second user 105 macro lens, which was the next thing I would be looking for was my dream come true. I'm looking forward to the images that will follow. Thank you Calumet!”

“Hi I ordered a Nikon x1.4 tele converter over a month ago. A payment has been taken from my account but there is no sign of the item I have ordered. As a professional photographer I have used Calumet for most of my professional cameras and lenses totalling thousands of pounds. I have always been very happy with the standard of service but on this occasion they seem to have dropped the ball. I have phoned a my local Calumet store a where the item was to be delivered a couple of times, the first call a sales men was very helpful and assured me he would call back nothing happened for two days then I called again, I was put on hold for what seemed like days and then just told the item was not in stock. OK, I know products from Nikon can take a while to arrive but an update from time to time would not go a miss. When I ordered the item a number of other suppliers had it in stock but I seem to have made the error of sticking to my normally trusted supplier. Best regards, Brian Anderson”

“The 'large' tripod bag that I purchased on-line was much larger than I had expected so I drove up to Drummond Street to return it. I had paid £28.99 for this bag, which included postage of £4.99. I was assured that the refund would be in my account within three to five working days from Tuesday 21st. March. £24.00 has been returned to my account today, Tuesday 4th. April. £4.99 for postage was retained. Since writing my original evaluation, I have been informed that this sum of £4,99 has now been returned to my account, for which I am very grateful. In light of this action I will have no hesitation, in future, in purchasing all of my major photographic items once again, from Calumet.”

“I ordered a 5D mark 4 Canon Camera from you at the photo show, the assistant said delivery would be about 1 week witch they always say. Having waited 2weeks I rang Calumet the assistant was not very helpful possibly not his fault saying a delivery from Canon was expected in the next week but he did not know how many they where getting so could not tell me when I would receive my Camera”
