“Calumet branded Studio Grip / Clamp. Identical to my other branded one and slightly cheaper. Calumet make great products and the quality and speed of service was excellent, as ever. I thoroughly recommend Calumet for all your photographic needs. Fantastic as usual.”

“I ordered a tripod and head, they took the money out of my account very quickly. No account updates, no emails, nothing for two weeks. Two weeks later I get an email saying my order is cancelled and money will be refunded to my account in the next few days. What happened to my rights with mail order, What happened with just plain talking to people. I wanted that tripod and head and they have had my money for two weeks and then just let me down. Ridiculously poor customer service.”

“I emailed Calumet for a quick check on safety aspects of a products use... They responded very quickly and clearly. Two days later, I ordered the product, (x2), and delivery occured very rapidly. The product, (a Calumet branded item x2), was extremely well made, tough, and 100% suitable. Thank you folks! 10/10”

“The reason for a poor feedback is cos I was not contacted at all from the company ,was not told when I was getting my lens ,was not told when I was to get delivery either ,if it was not for me emailing you on 2 separate occasions I would not of got my lens”

“I was very pleased with the quick delivery of a camera SD card for my old camera. I discovered only just a few days before a holiday that I could no longer buy these in a shop. I do however have one quite major criticism. Why did a small SD memory card that would have fitted easily in a small sized padded envelope have to be sent in a cardboard box far bigger than the item. That means 1) someone had to be here to receive the item and 2) more paper/cardboard was used that need be and probably higher postage.”

“I would highly recommend the level of customer service, and seller knowledge base. I have asked all sorts of complicated questions regarding the lens I purchased on finance, and was given a straight answer to each. This is not something that my local London Camera Exchange would have done for me.”

“I'm a new customer to Calumet. I can honestly say I'm blown away with the Manchester store. The staff were very helpful and most of all friendly and really know their business as. They had a answer for my every question. Calumet have most definitely gained their selves a new customer as I'm always updating my gear as we all know "we have a very exspensive hobby" I'm looking forward to my next visit in the very near future. 10/10 and I'll be recommending to all friends and clients. Thanks .. Mark”
