“Despite I truly love the store, I think that Drummond street has a problem with coordination. When trying to book a seminar using my student discount, I had to go to the store as there is no clear way to make the payment with the discount using the online form. Also, once a retail assistant helped me purchase with a discount, my confirmation email didn't tell me the time of my seminar, so I had to phone customer service (who said that would call me, but never did) and Drummond Street, who took more than 30 minutes to find my booking. Secondly,it took me more than 3 weeks to organise a 1:1 free tuition meeting, as no retail assistant knew what to do do with this and the manager didn't reply my email.”

“Calumet is highly professional and reliable. I buy both from their Drummond Street store and online and have always been 100% satisfied. You might sometimes find something cheaper elsewhere but I think it's worth paying extra for the quality guarantee and service. And, anyway. I've usually SAVED money by buying from Calumet.”

“Staff at Calumet are expert, and patient with beginners like myself. The photographer who assisted me in choosing a prime lense for my fuji CSC offered unbiased and helpful advice. Refreshingly, I was not subject to any 'sales pitch', instead, I was offered free reign to try anything in store. The chap who served me even cleaned half of my kit!”

“Ordered from the website - an easy process and the equipment arrived the next day. Unfortunately I wasn't in but a neighbour took it in for me. It would have been nice to know it had been delivered & where it had been delivered to as no card was left, or email sent confirming the delivery. It wasn't until I saw my elderly neighbour the next day that I was aware of the delivery! Not Calumet's fault I'm sure as the responsibility for this would be with the courier company.”

“Great service! I went in knowing more or less what my budget was and what I was after and I was given great advice from a Manfrotto agent as well as speedy service from Calumet staff. The store I frequent is Drummond Street in Euston and they are consistently knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Pre-ordered a Fuji X-Pro2 on 24 month interest free credit and there was a hiccup when the finance company sent me a contract that included interest (not what I ordered!). Emailed Calumet's Customer Support who responded within a couple of hours and sorted the problem instantly; first class service from them. Camera has duly arrived and for the record I have been a Nikon and Leica M user for 40 years, but this X-Pro2 is the best camera I have ever used. Love it! Would definitely buy from Calumet again.”

“I ordered a 20X16 developing dish and was told it might take up to 10 days. OK, but I had to pay in full up front. After 3 weeks I called back to enquire what happened? The order had apparently got lost. I got an apology and was told my order would be expedited. About a week later it arrived. so a bit of a glitch somewhere.”
