“Visited for one of the smallest items in the shop. Felt like i was buying the most expensive! Great service from very helpful and friendly staff! This is why i prefer to come into the store, makes the whole purchasing better!”

“I know there are a lot of places on Internet where you can buy the same thing at a cheaper price. But every time I need something and I go there, I always find what I need and people who is there to help you the best they can. At least, as a customer, this is what you feel. My feeling about Calumet? I couldn't live without this shop anymore. Cristiano”

“as usual fabulous service from a delightful member of staff, & a great bargain on a much coveted Canon 50mm f1.2L lens in the Calumet sale (with the Canon 'cashback' thrown in as extra added incentive). Great to purchase from a famously reliable & knowledgable company at such a competitive rate. My only regret is we lost this wonderful service in Nottingham & I have to do this on-line or over the phone instead of being able to easily visit the actual shop. Many thanks from a very happy customer”

“I called up calumet and they matched an online deal of theirs that I had missed over the weekend as I was working. They honoured the deal and so I got a great saving. Excellent customer service ( not just - "sorry sir, computer says no... ") and the part when it arrived was very good quality for the price.”

“Normally I have no problems and cannot fault Calumet. I went for a spare battery and was given the wrong one, I then had to make a 60 mile round trip to exchange it. :-(”

“Always great service at Calumet Manchester Branch. Every time I call and visit the store, all the staff are very helpful, More often deal with John, who always helps you find the right product for you and leave the store with a smile on your face. Its now my first port of call when buying hard cases, Calumet's own brand cant be beaten quality for price.”
