“My Fuji x-T1 lens cap became stuck fast onto the lens. The sales staff were very busy but a rental person was willing to go get a small tool snd remove it safely. Then when I did see a sales person he didn't just try to sell me a nee one. He took time to lookat it and found that the spring had broken. He found me an excellent replacement. R Limoges”

“All the Calumet stores I go to seem to be run very poorly. The Manchester and Euston store are always quite cluttered and look half empty. Staff are not particulay helpful and they are over priced in the market.”
