“I always receive excellent service at your birmingham store. The staff knowledge is top notch and very informative like they are NOT pushing a sale but giving enough information for you to make a valid decision about what to buy ! If it is a sales tactic ? it works well. Great store. Take care. “I will tell you how calumet made me unhappy, I have been dealing with your company for over 40 years, from pelling and cross day. You have disappointed me so meany times that can not remember all of them and do not care to. Each time I am given reassurances that you will try to do better but it doesn,t change!!!”

“Although what I ordered wasn't initially in stock, they kept me up to date with with email notifications and sent an alternative product in place of the one I ordered which was more than satisfactory. Always a good service from Calumet”

“My last visit was one that I didn't want to make! My Canon 400mm L lens was broken and needed to be repaired. So I certainly wasn't happy about it! However, based on all my previous dealings with Calumet I decided that I trusted the professionalism and honesty to have the work done competently and at a fair price. Despite a huge OUCH! on the cost I am now very happy as the lens is repaired and works as good as new. As a small bonus I was given a healthy discount on a new filter which brought a smile to my face!”
