“Two months to deliver the item ordered at The Photography Show (Broncolor Siros flash head). Abysmal communication on the issue. Fobbed off with excuses, most of the promised return calls and updates never happened. With the 24 months credit deal, I'd paid the deposit and two payments before I was able to actually use the purchase.”

“The colour of the paper wasn't the same as the colour of the actual paper and there was a issue getting it delivered the next day. I got it the day after so it delayed me.”

“Bought a Fuji X-T10 for £350 - delighted with it. Less successful was the fact that I came for the free sensor clean for my old X-E2 only to learn this was for Canon and Nikon only. Fellow behind the counter somewhat less than charming. Somewhat put out, if you really want to know.”
