“I have used Calumet for some 20 years now and have always found them extremely helpful and reliable. Staff are very polite and always happy to oblige on enquiries etc. I mainly order Passport Film and Photograph Holders and delivery is very quick, even when out of stock.”

“Very happy!! Was my first time at Calumet and I went in for a repair on an old flash but was told it wouldn't be worth the money. They didn't have a reasonable replacement in stock that day so they were able to lend me a flash for free overnight (I do nightclub photography) and I could collect the new flash the next day. Fabulous service and will go back whenever I need anything!”

“Purchased a Fuji X Pro2 from Calumet received it next day and sooooo happy with this excellent camera. First rangefinder style I have owned and totally hooked on it. Also have the XT1 so know my way around the Fuji X system, but this is truely an awesome up grade. ( but not selling my XT1 ) as these are totally different cameras. Awesome picture quality and super fast auto focus. Would recommend extra batteries as all mirror less cameras need more power to run them. Buy it it totally worth every penny.”

“My telephone call was answered quickly, and my order for another batch of slide film was dealt with in a fast and efficient way. As stated, my films arrived the following day via FedEx. Excellent service and I will place further orders with Calumet.”

“The level of care on each occasion has been superb. During my last visit the young lady who saw to my inquiries and requests was very professional and attentive. Previous visits inclusive of this one demonstrate to me that the staff have a very clear knowledge of the products and services available. I had a lot I was asking about but it was handled quickly and precisely.”

“Over the last couple of weeks i bought a lens, a kit bag and a DSLR from Calumet in Belfast. The service was second to none, delivered promptly to Kilkenny and packaged so securely they could have been dropped out of an airplane and still would have arrived without a scratch. Well done lads.”

“Ordering experience was fine, though a small hold up as they needed to check my address for fraud purposes, which was easily resolved. Slightly puzzling delivery experience as one company kept trying to deliver the package (camera bag, as it turned out) before the date I'd agreed with Calumnet, then the the actual package (camera) arrived as agreed. Well packed arrived safely in good time.”

“Package was advertised as including free gadget bag. After purchase it turns out the bags were out of stock. Three weeks later still no sign. Kind of frustrating as I don't know how long to wait till I buy one.”
