“Ordered the rolling stand as I had been thinking of getting one for a while, ordering was simple, and the free next day delivery was a nice bonus. When it arrived and I unpacked it all I can say is that I was impressed :) very sturdy, have used it both days of the past weekend shooting portraits with a large beauty dish on and was very happy, nice stable platform for it compared to what I have been using. I am that impressed that a second has been ordered for delivery tomorrow :)”

“Constructive comments,would have been nice if the"Tracking number" had been posted it was only made available to me after I contacted Customer Services, by this time the parcel was already out for delivery from the Carlisle Depot. Customer Services give me the Info very quickly. Efficient customer service and good all round performance spoilt by none entry of tracking number. Would I order from Calomet again,definitely yes.”

“I recently purchased a Canon 6D from the Belfastt branch of Calumet and received exceptional service. A lady by the name of 'Kelly' was able to give me an in depth breakdown of the cameras functionality and features including a comparrison to other cameras within my price range. Upon deciding to purchase the camera Kelly then outlined a finance plan that I could avail of to pay for the camera which suited my needs very much so. I would not only recommend this camera but also the services of Calumet Belfast, first class!”

“I went in to the Euston shop to buy a very expensive lens; excellent place to shop especially if you are after something expensive. The person who served me was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to try lenses out on my camera. In the end I bought a second hand one - but I shall go back and buy something else with what I saved. It was well worth the trip down to London.”

“The products I have ordered are exactly as described and are great quality. The next day delivery was prompt and overall I have very happy with the services provided. The only thing I would say that is slightly negative is that I closed the 'Chat' box and once disappeared there is no way to get it back. This didn't hinder my experience but it many for others using the site.”

“Fantastic knowledge and patience in helping me decide what camera kit to buy and whether to break from a ten year investment in the Nikon kit I had or not. Steve Watkins in Bristol Calumet was especially knowledgeable, patient, helpful, experienced and a great example of what superb customer service looks like - the type that will mean I will always go back to Calumet for my future camera needs now, and have referred them countless times since. “Love shopping at Calumet,Drummond Street because it has parking and is outside congestion zone. Has wide range of excellent products. Senior staff know products well but I guess that's down to experience and familiarity. Was taken aback when I asked about a Cokin adaptor ring and salesman didn't know what I was talking about! Once did a day course which was worthwhile experience and well priced.”
