“Overall service was good, website is easy to use. In my case I applied for financing and the only reason why I am providing 4 stars out of 5 is that, once I had clearance for financing with V12, nobody cared about sending an email to confirm that the camera had been shipped.”

“On 4th December my camera was serviced at Calumet Drummond Street. Very pleased with service, also there I bought a very wanted lens. The price was much more competitive than other online stores, also comes with free 12 months warranty. Thanks Calumet. Highly recommend.”

“Ordering process very efficient but delivery very poor. I spoke to customer relations when I received a text from carrier that product would not arrive for 12 days. Got no real positive information when parcel would be delivered. A least 4 different dates were given and in the end the parcel arrived on none of them. This made the whole experience very unsatisfactory especially from a company who I had dealt with for many years”
