“I bought a budget tripod, the branded 7300 and its very good I have used Calumet for a number of years without any issues. you wont find a better photographic retailer anywhere !”

“Ordered a 23mm fuji lens which had been delivered to Manchester branch, it wasn't where it should have been so virtually all the staff were looking for it, all the staff except for the Rental dept. which aroused my suspicions... after much searching it turned out it was indeed the rental dept that had accidentally put it into their stock and thats where it would be now if it wasn't for Calumets pesky staff and their bloodhound noses. Good work calumet staff, big hug....”

“Contacting Calumet in Manchester is always a pleasure. The staff, all I have met have always been very professional and I have always a feeling that they want it to be right for me. The respons is always fast. If there is a problem (only happened once during all these years I have been a customer) they solve it fast in you best interest. Though I have moved from England I still turn to Calumet in Manchester when I need to purchase new equipment of just have a questions. Calumet in Manchester is just the best.”

“Calumet offers a large variety of products under one roof and the service is good. I would only wish some of the items were more competitive in price. For example the ink for my canon printer is £50 dearer than competitors Oscar”

“The item I ordered arrived promptly the next day, but it wasn't what I thought it would be, I thought I would return the item, I filled in a form, but never received and viable information. I.e returns number or anything else. If I ever buy again I will be very careful next time. I still have the item. It was cheap . I'm glad it wasn't expensive.”

“Great lens - far too expensive to buy at £900 or so, just fine to rent for a week-end at £35. Calumet were reasonably well organised, rental executed with no fuss. Would happily use again.”

“The softbox was delivered next day, as promised. It was securely packaged and arrived in good condition. My only criticism is that I wasn't informed of the progress of the parcel - some companies allow tracking and provide updates, with an estimated delivery time. Knowing the ETA would save me having to wait at home until the delivery arrives.”

“Company sent two emails contradicting each other with delivery dates, contacted them by phone on the friday to be told that it was still in dispatch and to phone back Monday for more information, poor attitude to customer service did not attempt to resolve the issue, cancelled order and was supplied by wex photographic the next day.”

“There system for applying for fiance is very misleading it seem my account showed in process was told waiting for memory to me show I, when I emailed for a update which lead me to believe I was accepted i waited a few day to find it my order delivered which it had not, I went call the next working day to find my order now cancelled with no information why. no emails nothing.”
