“Highly professional and friendly advice both on the phone and in the well stocked dealership. Helped me purchase a superb camera with the right accessories to best match. “I have bought from Calumet previously (Photographic Show NEC) and as they are fairly local I decided to purchase a couple of lenses from their Manchester store. One lens had to be brought from another of their stores and I collected after a phone call to confirm my order was ready for collection. However I was made to feel like I was a potential thief, staff appeared to be extremely suspicious of my presence in the store and were reluctant to let me view the lenses before I had paid for them. This put paid to me making further purchases, I am sure they are aware competition is extremely competitive especially with the use of the Internet, it was only due to time limitations that I had to purchase from this store. Due to my recent experience I will only use Calumet as a last resort. Michael J Pearson.”

“I cancelled my purchase of a Nikon D5 as the customer service was truly dreadful. The company could not give me a delivery date or even tell me where I was on the queue. I paid in full, waited over 6 weeks and then gave up. So much for your systems, staff and company communication skills....”

“This was my first visit to Calumet near Euston Station. I wanted advice on flash guns. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I purchased a Nikon SB-700, which I am delighted with. I'll be back!”

“Always friendly and helpful. Service can be a bit slow however. Understandably representatives will be busy carrying out daily tasks when a customer is ready to pay but in a couple of recent visits it has taken them slightly too long to pause their jobs to serve me as a customer.”

“I bought I hood for my Canon lens. It does the job, nothing worthy of note. However, the five stars are for the excellent customer service I received. The parcel ended up being delivered to a neighbour but no note was put through my door telling me so. The gent I spoke to (I believe his name is Anthony) managed to track down where the parcel was for me after doing some investigating, and he was easy to deal with.”

“I have used Calumet on a number of occasions, both on-line and in-person. Always found them to be professional and knowledgable. Delivery has always been prompt and within time promised. Offers which drop into my inbox from time to time are mostly genuine savings and not marketing hype.”
