“I ordered a Sony a6300 on Friday at 14:40 and sure enough, it arrived on Monday. Extremely happy with my purchase. Although the prices seem steep when you compare with grey-export sites/ebay/amazon, giving up the sense of security you feel when purchasing from Calumet isn't worth a 10% saving. I will happily purchase from Calumet again and again, knowing that the products are 100% genuine and have been treated with care until they are in my hands. As well as the fact that if I have any problems, I can pop into my local store.”

“Visited Drummond Street store after experiencing very poor service at another retailer in W1 who advertise a "fantastic new store in the heart of London". In contrast at Calumet I was served by James who proved to be knowledgeable and attentive. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me buy without me feeling that I was being sold too. The store is bright, spacious and well stocked. I can highly recommend both the store and James in particular.”

“As usual when visiting the Glasgow store the staff were excellent in helping when looking for a new piece of photographic equipment and explaining its functions and use. Never rushes you end gives any help requested Overall rating to me is as usual excellent”

“Calumet offer a good range of professional photographic equipment and I would highly recommend them for this. The standards of customer service and interaction with the staff at Drummond Street is generally good even though you may have to wait in a queue to be served. I do find the direct sales telephone customer service and interface is not always friendly and verging on on being impolite. I recently made an enquiry about a £5,000 camera I had just purchased from the Drummond Street store and I was not sure if the customer service person had actually heard what I had said - I had to force a response from them. They were quick to cover up - however I didn't feel they were that bothered about my custom. To be fair - on the other hand I have spoken with other customer service agents who have been a model of what you would expect from a customer services agent - polite, engaging, mindful and they appeared to value my business.”

“I placed an order for a dslr camera, when it didn't arrive (next working day delivery) called Calumet and was told the camera was out of stock and they did not know when they would restock. I sent proof that it was in stock when i placed my order yet nothing could be done for me. I sold my previous camera and so I was left without a camera. I am a photographer. I had to borrow. Not impressed.”
