“I've had poor service from Calumet that seems to be getting worse on an ongoing basis. In a nutshell: Incorrect orders delivered multiple times, unable to deliver items by courier on a Saturday- despite the multitude of transport available in London. Corporate sales are terrible, had to re-iterate and chase points several times to enable a sale, then to find items delivered are wrong, and even have extra items not on order. Corporate customer service via Anita/ Drummond Street very poor. Also very difficult to get through on phones now- in general it feels like the whole company is slipping....sorry harsh but fair!”

“The Lowe Pro Roller Case I ordered has been delivered very quickly and after a brief look for a set of keys that were not supposed to be with the case!! The sales person and myself learnt something useful.”
