“I purchased a DSLR camera and lighting equipment from the Birmingham store,the staff were great,I went for the finance option and because the finance company were busy I was in the store for nearly two hours with my wife and child,we are patient people but I don't no how your other customers would react”

“Both the camera and lens were ordered as secondhand items from different outlets, they both arrived the next day in the one box, one coming from Bristol, the other from Edinburgh. Described like new for the camera body and in excellent condition for the lens, both items are like new, totally as new with a 12 month warranty and a big saving on new cost. Very well pleased with this X-Pro 1 body and 35mm f1.4 lens, a great camera with suburb results.”

“Spent a long time with Stephen in Calumet Manchester seeing if a remote wireless flash trigger would work on my camera. Which it did and he also explained TTL to me which I hadn't fully grasped before. So I certainly got the time and expertise and I left a happy customer.”

“I've used Calumet for a few years for purchasing most of my photography equipment as their products are top of the line compared to what you find on the Internet. I Recently purchased a couple of double-riser C-stands with booms and the quality is second to none.. The staff were really helpful and even took the time to open the stands from their boxes and let me test them in store! I highly recommend Calumet as your first port of call for all your photography needs.”

“It was my first time in the store & I was very impressed with the deals on offer in both new & used equipment. Knowing that there's a person to advise you with your purchase is so reassuring, and has brought me back to shopping in store rather than online. There was also information on trade ins, insurance & future training days on new equipment. On top of that, I'm very happy with my lens purchase..I will be back!!”

“I recently purchased a Canon 70-200 f2.8 lens from Calumet via the internet, and it arrived within a couple of days. I had a few little problems with the lens so I contacted Calumet's head office who instructed me to take the lens to their Manchester shop. Calumet Manchester were very professional and returned the lens to Canon for me, they contacted me as soon as they received it back from canon and I was able to collect. All in all from purchasing to checking the lens out Calumet could not of been more helpful. Thank you!”
