“Great service from the guys at Drummond Street - always happy to help and let you try before you buy. I took a memory card and had a good play with the Fuji X Pro 2, was able to look at the pictures on my own computer and then decide if it was the right camera for me. No rush and happy to answer questions - they even helped me to decide that I did not need to buy a more expensive lens. I would thoroughly recommend both the service and the camera.”

“After being directed to, and ordering an incorrect lens hood for a Nikon, 18-300mm. 3.5-6.3 DX lens by another Company, I tried Calumet and got the right one (HB-39). It came quickly and was cheaper than most others on the web and was the genuine, boxed article. Very pleased, will use them again. Mick Dobbins. May-2016.”

“My need was simple - I had to replace my monopod, having lost the original in the USA the week before. Despite the fact this was a low cost purchase, the staff in Wardour Street were very attentive, spent considerable time working through the options with me and making sure I picked the best one. “I used to dread going into camera shops to ask any questions, given the propensity of (male) staff to give over technical and patronising spiel. Now having shopped at Calumet a number of times that is no longer an issue. Everyone at Calumet Manchester is extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable (in the event they don't know the answer they will admit to it and ask one another). As a result I went in recently to ask advice on an accessory and came away very happy with my purchase.”

“I really enjoy buying camera gear in a real shop. It's important to get your hands on it. These guys are excellent, friendly motivated and knowledgeable. I've bought and hired from them with no problems. Last time they charged me for a cheaper ball head than the model I wanted. Instead of updating the invoice they just let it go. I got a bargain!”
