“I ordered online on Tuesday evening. The website assured me the item was in stock and it would be delivered by the next working day so I reasonably assumed it be ok to be delivered by Thursday. I was then informed by email on Wednesday that the item wouldn't arrive until Friday which was no good to me as I needed the item for a job on Friday. I called but the person couldn't get it to me any earlier. I had to travel to the store in the centre of London to collect the item which took half a day of my time.”

“I was just upset that you guys seemed to take the side of the kit and the manufacturer rather than that of the customer. I had an issue with a Fuji lens having an error and instead of replacing it you guys sent it back to the manufacturer to be refurbished. Almost every other retailer would replace the lens outright since it was still well in the manufacturers and your warranty period. Just seems strange to me that this is the way you treat your customers...now I must wait weeks without my lens to even hear what will happen with the lens.”

“This was my first purchase with Calumet. Before doing my purchase online, I made a phone call to get some advice. Not only was I given extremely useful advice but was offered more information. The person went out of his way to understand my needs and propose a better solution that would suit my needs. Truly a professional company and I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.”

“In December, 2017 I decided to upgrade my 50mm lens using www.calumetphoto.co.uk. I telephoned the store in Drummond Street, London & enquired about not only the 50mm I wanted but asked if I were to purchase, could I spread the cost via a financing agreement??.. The Store manager provided information about the Lens product itself & the possible financing via 'Close Brothers', which was easy to follow & helped me decide to buy the Lens as a good choice for my type of Photography. I explained to the Store manager that I lived in Northern Ireland & rather than risk breakage via postage, the Store manager in London called & reserved for me this Lens in Belfast, Northern Ireland store, which I collected hassle free. For me as a customer the Calumet experience was seamless & simple, courteous - which would motivate me to use this store for my future purchases. Thankyou Calumet! Graham Clarke.”
