“The end product - a hat was pretty good for the money but there was a crease across the image and I am not sure if it was part of the process or creased in transit. Maybe the crease will work out. Perhaps that needs to be looked at.”
“The product was very good. Delivery was late and had to be chased. Boxes were all damaged but this didn't matter to me. I am very pleased with the end result though.”
