“Buying experiences always has been positive. The store has good collection of bikes. I took one of my bikes in for upgrade and I am very satisfied with my new improved bike. All bikes I purchased are professionally built. I never have any problems. No pressure sales from staff is very good.”

“I recently purchased a new Bombtrack Beyond +ADV from Campfire. I am very happy with the bike, but more importantly, I am extremely happy with the folks at Campfire. The staff is terrific! They are paitient and understanding. They are incredibly helpful and they did a fantastic job setting up my bike. I highly recommend Campfire for all of your bikecamping needs. Plus, the store is really cool!”

“I have issues with the delivery but not with campfire they did send me another package when I notified them about my issues and they even offered me to send me a third package because I was having issues with the second package, finally my pack Was delivered and everything was as promised, I will buy from them again, hopefully the usps at tucson can do better job and not loosing packages.”

“The guys at Campfire have until now sold me two bicycles, both of which were slightly modified from stock and shipped out quickly and arrived safe and sound. Their prices were the lowest around and the bikes I have are so awesome! I bought a Krampus and a Cutthroat. The knowledgable staff is happy to answer any questions you might have about bikepacking and to make recommendations, and their experience is absolutely trustworthy. Thanks so much guys!”

“The guys at CampfireCycling really ride like you'd like to ride. Their store was the only vendor in the US that actaully had stock on the Ortlieb pannier sets in the 70 liter size -- try living off your bike for more than an overnight in 40 liters of space. They provided good stacked discounts if you bought more - say a bar or top bag - to go with your panniers. My gear shipped the same day I ordered it. And the invitations they've been sending for their weekend bikepacking shop rides show them using the gear I bought in places I'd love to be riding if Tucson wasn't 1800 miles from my house. ;-) No matter -- I'll join one of these rides as soon as I can.”

“I tried to purchase a Westport collar for a rear rack in Canada but have not been able to for the last several months. It appears that they are only available in the US. I found Campfire was selling my size so I ordered one. Although the cost with delivery was much more expensive, the experience of getting it without delay worked very well. Thank you!”
