“Fantastic customer service! Josh went above and beyond in making sure my overnight delivery order (for a Revelate Spinelock saddle pack) received late in the day got shipped that same day. Item received next day, tested (very satisfactorily ) on my bike, and 2 days later bike with bag is on it’s way to east coast for the start of a east to west Trans Am tour. 5 stars to Josh, Campfire Cycling, and the Revelate Spinelock pack.”

“The guys got me in for the morning I requested. Then they installed new tires on my Cutthroat and my wife's Fargo in the flash of time that it took us to bop over to El Charro and enjoy a bowl of posole. I like everything about this shop. (Photo is from our first bikepacking trip in the wilds of Wyoming, July 1985.)”

“Shout out to Campfire Cycling for a top-notch customer service experience! I got into bikepacking a couple years ago and wanted to upgrade my rig for more challenging experiences. Burger and David gave me excellent feedback and worked with me through the ordering and build. I'm extremely happy with my Salsa Timberjack and Oveja Negra Bags. Looking forward to many miles off the beaten track!”

“Stopped by the shop on a recent trip to Tuscon.....really cool space with loads of inventory. Was informed by an employee of their online presence as well. Soonafter I placed an order on a Revelate bag set up with a great price. Arrived quickly with no fuss. Very stoked!”
