“First time buyers: DO NOT FEAR THE CAMPFIRE! This was my first purchase from Campfire Cycling and it was amazing! The part was the best price on the Internet. The customer service (Go Sarah!) was outstanding. The shipping was instant and thoughtful. I can't believe I was actually a little nervous as a first time buyer.”

“Every time I've visited Campfire Cycling, it's been a postive experience. Not only have they helped me solve my bike issues, they have provided education so I can better take care of my bike. Their prices are very fair and they don't push any service I don't need. Basically if you want friendly service, helpful people, and fair prices, go to Campfire Cycling.”

“A month ago I became a new member of Tucson cyclists that have had their bikes stolen. When looking to replace my 20 year old Surly I found the website for Campfire Cycling here in Tucson. From the moment I talked to the receptionist untill a few days later when I picked up my new Surly my experience was absolutely terrific. Shop team manager Toby Smith spent the time with me to get just the right bike for my needs. I'm enjoying my new Surly and thank everyone at Campfire Cycling.”

“On vacation in Tucson from MA and paid a visit to Campfire Cycling to see what a bikepacking focused bike store even looked like. I bought a couple of burlier tires to deal with AZ gravel and Nate went above and beyond to help me get them set up tubeless on my wheels. Truly exceptional customer service and just a really great store with a diverse selection of gear for people who like to combine bikes with camping.”

“One of the mounting brackets from a pair of panniers I ordered from Campfire arrived cracked. I emailed Campfire and attached a photo and they called me within minutes, even though it was a weekend. They arranged for immediate shipment of a replacement bracket and emailed a return label. Great customer service.”
