“Easy to navigate website. Have lots of gear that’s hard to find elsewhere on the the internet or the local bike shops. Because I actually live about 80 miles from any bike shop, it was awesome having an online retailer that caters to bike packing, etc. I love that they can ship to PO Box too, since I live in a rural area. I ordered my stuff on a Saturday and it arrived three days later, now that’s awesome service!”

“I purchased a Kona Sutra from Campfire Cycling and right away they jumped on the order giving me a call to make sure the purchase was correct and go over the details. The bike shipped quickly, after a few days for them to build and test ride it, and arrived in perfect condition, set up and ready to ride after 20 mins or so of standard bike shipping assembly. The crew at Campfire Cycling took great care of me, did a superb job prepping the bike and paid attention to the details and cared about me as a customer. You can't ask for more than that. I highly recommend these guys!”

“For an upcoming tour, I thought I could simply move a rack on one of my bikes to another, but no! Wouldn't fit due to disk brakes on the latter. Campfire Cycles to the rescue, with a Surly rack in stock (made to fit the situation) *and* a set of adapters to make my Ortlieb panniers fit securely given the new rack's tubing diameter. Quick delivery, all parts present, now I just have to mount it. I accept sole responsibility for any struggles in that department. :)”

“Great shop and great people. I brought my bike here for a tune-up and new tires - the folks working there were very friendly and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing everything about my bike. They went over options and were very helpful, and my bike is like new. I've already recommended them to friends and will definitely go back next time my bike needs fixing.”

“Fairly new to cycling and just brought in my road bike for a basic tune-up. Staff was awesome and very accommodating, price was cheaper than anywhere I've seen in town, and my bike has been riding great ever since. Will happily come back for future maintenance.”
