“Although my initial order was incorrect (wrong colour) the swiftness or making it right was admirable indeed! A return label was immediately emailed to me and the correct colour was sent be expedited shipping and I received it in 2 days. Huge thanks as I was able to use my new handlebar bag on my weekend trip. 🚴‍♀️😀”

Fast shipping of the initial purchase and when the item needed to be changed, the replacement was immediately shipped out prior to my returned being returned.
