“I ordered dromedary bags for work from Campfire Cycling. They showed up only 2 days after ordering and was a super easy purchasing experience. I work for a nonprofit and usually have to jump through hurdles to get tax exemption on my orders. Campfire Cycling, however, didn't have tax on my order, so that made ordering super easy for me. When the order arrived, we got a bunch of stickers that we all put on our water bottles and a couple of cute matchbooks. All in all a great experience. :D”

“Bikepacking is a truly niche area and I think CampfireCycling is hitting this market head on. Cool content and customer engagement on the site, relevant information. “I was a walked in, and the staff was friendly and very, very understanding of my needs. They listened to what I wanted and tried to find a bike that would fit me. I drove all the way from Buckeye, AZ to get a bike because I was tired of bike shops in Phoenix, trying to shove bikes down my throat just because that what they have in the showroom floor. Awesome store, awesome folks, amazing bikepacking related inventory. What else can you ask for?”

“This store pulled through for me when no other store could. I wanted a specific pannier set that was out of stock at every store I looked at online, including the Ortlieb website itself. At Campfire Cycling they showed it on backorder, so I put in my order assuming (because of covid) I would get it in about a month. They got it to me in less than a week and a half.... How?! Did they post someone up on the assembly line and yoink the set as soon as it was manufactured? They also got it to me for $40 cheaper than any other store that had it listed (with a discount code). I have a few other purchases I need to make before I'm ready for long-distance bikepacking trips, and I will look to this store first.”

“I had not heard of Campfire Cycling before, but they were the only store with the bikepacking bag I wanted in stock. My order arrived quickly, in excellent condition, and was just what I wanted. Would trust them again and will check them out if my travels take me to Tucson.”

“Campfire has awesome, friendly staff and the latest and greatest gear in bikepacking. They recently provided me with guidance on making upgrades to my partner's daily driver as a birthday gift. While I saved a bunch of money by doing improvements myself, CC added some extra bling, Jagwire gold cable housing.”

“I've ordered from these guys twice over the internet. Both times, they've had an part I wanted, that was out of stock in the normal places I looked, and they delivered SUPER FAST. I'm near Boston, and they're... not... and I got things within a couple days both times. They also have awesome stickers. I'm a fan, and I'll be ordering here again.”

“The staff and mechanic were super helpful! Indeed, I took my bike in and he adjusted it on the spot, replaced the stem that had cracked, and made sure it was good to go before I left. I expected it to be a few days and a high quote, but it was smooth, painless process. And they were really friendly and courteous; no childish bike shop snobbery that I can't stand. Highly recommend!”
