“After several months and unsuccessful attempts to locate a steel bike in XL, I got a recommendation to try Campfire. They had two brands for me to try. Toby Smith took special pains to make sure that the size was correct and that the seat height was properly adjusted before my test ride. I was all smiles as we loaded the Surley "Straggler" on the car to resume my love affair with steel bikes after retiring my 1972 Raleigh Grand Prix. I think everyone deserves a new bike every 50 years!”

“Campfire was super helpful for two reasons First, they spent 10 or 15 minutes walking me through what I should purchase, with helpful suggestions and ideas. Second, they had the gear in stock, when even the vendor was out. So I much appreciate their help.”

“I contacted campfire cycling by email to find best way to overcome problem attaching Bob trailer to a eBike with rohloff hub and gates drive belt Toby replied quickly and after responding to his questions which again he promptly replied recommend an item and included a link which made ordering part easier, I don’t think I would have got better service from any shop within UK and received parts 2 weeks later I cannot fault this company in service or delivery”
