“I stumbled upon Campfire Cycling by accident. I wish I had done so much earlier. They were every helpful. Late on a Friday, they checked their inventory for the panniers that I was looking for, and yes, they had two sets in stock. They shipped them out quickly. I even enjoyed a fun conversation with them about bike touring in the 80s and 90s, where we have pedaled in the same locations. Thanks for being the unique bike shop that you are. Kevin K”

“Hi my experience with campfire cycling was great, I had ordered a salsa front rack witch was a solid piece and price, I took advantage of the discount on google and found what I was looking for. Didn't install correctly has I presumed I new how to, but then hanged precariously, so apon reading the instructions I readjusted the rack and all went well. Thanks for your service and efforts and will look to campfire cycling for more products if need be in the future. Thanks Hugo V.”

“I was not happy only because I explained the type of bike I had “Jones” looking for a front rack he said it should fit , it didn’t I had to send it back and pay shipping. Plus on top of that u deducted 12.00 for shipping. Not sure I understand why?”

“As a gravel and mountain bike enthusiast who is just getting into bikepacking, I was so pleased with the customer service and prompt delivery of goods I received with Campfire cycling. Although I live in Oregon where bikes are everywhere, COVID made my investigation of bikepacking products very difficult. The Campfire Cycling website, killer deals on gear, and ability to answer questions made it feel like Tucson was right around the corner. I think the bundle deals on gear are fantastic and I will likely go this route in the future. Super happy with my Ortlieb gravel panniers, revelate mag tank bolt on and the revelate feed bag (wish I had purchased two). Now if I can only find a Tubus titanium rack versus the aluminum or steel. I have definitely recommended the site to others.”

“I was looking for a Revelate bag for a bike packing trip coming up in mid-June. The bag was backordered but was able to order through CampfireCycling. The good folks at Campfire then told me they had a different color in stock and they would be happy to ship me one of those vs. wait and take the chance that it would not come in. Super excited to have a bag, and hey, it is a SEAT bag, I will never see the color when riding :) Awesome customer service and super fast delivery.”
